LIDZ ON KIDZ
FOUNDING SPONSORIn 2004, Morell Kelly p.c. formed a partnership with the Brain Injury Association of Waterloo Wellington and launched a pilot project in Waterloo Regional called Lidz on Kidz.
Lidz on Kidz is to generate awareness among children and their families of the importance of wearing protective helmets to prevent brain injuries. Morell Kelly p.c. funds an in-school education program which provides information about how to fit bicycle helmet and by distributing hundreds of helmets to children in the Waterloo Region.
KITCHENER BLUES FESTIVAL
CORPORATE SPONSORMorell Kelly p.c. is one of the corporate sponsors of the Blues, Brews and Barbeques Festival which is a free three day family oriented blues music event which is brought to downtown Kitchener by the Kitchener Blues Communication Inc. In addition to supporting downtown Kitchener businesses, the festival allows children and their families to access a wide variety of premier location, national and international performers including Mick Taylor, Bobby Rush, and the Detroit City Women.
