
Marilyn Snow is the legal assistant to Lisa Morell and Bruce Kelly, who is counsel to Accident Benefit Consultants of Kitchener Waterloo Ltd. Marilyn was raised in Newfoundland and moved to Cambridge in 1989. She attended Conestoga College where she completed the Municipal Law Clerk Program in 2004. Marilyn began working for Morell Kelly Law Firm in 2004. Currently, Marilyn oversees all the day to day operations of all Accident Benefit files under the instruction of Lisa Morell and Bruce Kelly. Marilyn is a Law Society of Upper Canada Licensed Paralegal.

Whitney Ann Hall graduated with a Paralegal Diploma in February 2008. She was licensed as a Paralegal with the Upper Canada Law Society in August 2009 and has been with Morell Kelly p.c. since March 2008.

Tim Ellis graduated the Paralegal program at Everest College in June 2009. He was licensed by the Upper Canada Law Society as a Paralegal in November 2009. He has been part of the Morell Kelly team since December 2008 with a focus on Slip and Fall/Personal Injury cases.

Cheryl worked in Management positions as well as bookkeeping until she decided to follow her passion and enroll in the Law Clerk program. She graduated with honours from college and has been working with Morell Kelly since March 2010. She is enthusiastic about her Law Clerk role and excited to be part of the Morell Kelly team.

Samantha started at the University of Guelph and was enrolled in the Criminal Justice and Public Policy program. After first year she decided to switch her program and take the Legal Administrative Assistant course at Conestoga College. Samantha had to complete an internship and was lucky enough to do hers at Morell Kelly. She graduated from Conestoga College in April, 2010 and was hired on after completing her internship.

Herlinda joined the Morell Kelly team in February 2010. Prior to moving to Canada in 2005, Herlinda managed her own company for 8 years. She holds a degree in Business Administration from San Martin University in Colombia, as well as a diploma in Human Resources.
